Laura Deemer and Kyle Neff 

We first met in 2016 and starting diving into real estate together in 2018 after the birth of our daughter, Emery. Over the past several years we have relocated from Atlanta, GA to Cincinnati, OH and have grown our portfolio and our footprint within Cincinnati. When not focused on property management, Laura owns a fitness studio in Montgomery, OH and Kyle continues to invest and coach others in real estate. Our family has also grown over the years by adding a son named Elliott in 2021, and more recently a husky puppy named Kiki. 

Our broader operations team is made up of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service for our tenants. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
